3 years ago... I didn't noticed I've let myself go so much and so fast! I will NEVER be this fat again. Although I've tried many diets and workouts... I lacked consistency! Plus I never liked diets... it had the word "die" in it. If you want to change your eating habits, don't go on a diet. Make a LIFESTYLE CHANGE! (^_^)

Every fat person needs to do something for other people not to notice the fat. I did anyways... I'd goof around and show everyone what a "funny and great" guy I was just to compensate and justify not working out. You all know how it is! People who say, "Oh I'm confident about how I am" but they're like freaking 200lbs overweight... Props to you for confidence but reality will have to bite your ass sooner or later.

I have to thank Laura Harris, aka. ChickenTuna of bodyspace, for inspiring me to take control of my life. 3 months of training and proper nutrition... I've lost 15lbs of fat and gained a lot of new muscle mass!

I've never really noticed my back until I goofed around with my webcam and took a photo of it. OMG... Even I'm shocked. This was only after 3 months of training... what more if I continue with it! I'll see ya'll at the beach on Summer of '08!

So in 3 months I've just started to get a peak on my left bicep, my back is starting to get thicker, delt is more defined, waist is a bit trimmer.... I wonder what the next 3 months will have in store for me. (^_^)
