Overall Goal: "No Excuses" - If you really want to achieve a goal, be prepared to work hard for it, sweat for it, bleed for it. Otherwise, you don't really want it as bad as you say you do.
Fit Status:
Going through a get-lean cutting phase! HIITs all around!
Serious training started around November of '07 but I was on and off at the gym since I was 18. I've been playing soccer since I was 5 but I was always the chubby kid. Back in 2006, I decided to go back playing soccer and got in touch with my goalkeeper side. I felt I was too slow and prone to injury a LOT. I eventually fractured my right elbow during a diving save so I was out of soccer. I decided to work out my soccer muscles and saw progress (it was all legs and abs exercises that I did and some cardio) so I figured to just go all the way and get into full body training when my arm got better. Been lifting every since. :)
Why I Love It:
It's my sanctuary. It gives me a sense of purpose and focus. Seeing the effects of CONSISTENT training with proper nutrition is mind-blowing!
How I Stay Motivated:
Let's face it... people make fun of fat people. I was the one always singled out and made fun of because of my being overweight. For every rep I make, for every mile I run... I dedicate it to all those who didn't think I can actually change my body and take control of my life.
BB Accomplishments:
Since I play goalkeeper... My own personal accomplishments are building up my soccer muscles. End product: I'm faster, more powerful, less prone to injury, and yes... I'm one of the scariest goalkeepers you'll ever see on the pitch.
Every fat person needs to do something for other people not to notice the fat. I did anyways... I'd goof around and show everyone what a "funny and great" guy I was just to compensate and justify not working out. You all know how it is! People who say, "Oh I'm confident about how I am" but they're l ...

The key is maintaining an appropriate meal frequency, size and composition to help keep blood glucose levels even throughout the day. Proper fueling distributes calories, so many players can benefit from eating five - seven times per day (small meals).
So, like I said, I think in a way I don't what this next year to end too soon. Will enjoy the friendships and the experiences in class. They really do things to make it interesting and fun. =)
Very proud of you buddy!!!!
Wow, busy lil boy! That's alot. But good to do it while you are young. Then you reap the benefits a lil longer. Yeah my one teacher said her hobby is school. She's been doing different schooling over the years and now got into teacher at YTI and loves it. Have 3 teachers and they are all very nice. First one is like a friend, and very funny.
I can be working in my job next November, not so bad. so you still have 2 yrs. to go huh? How many have you put in already? Guess I can't complain huh? today was cool, mostly got books, got to know each other, and got to watch a history video of how cocaine came to be. lol! So not a bad first day!
BUT I think maybe now I know why God designed me with so much bullheadedness! lol! I am determined, and I will succeed. I pretty much believe that because I didn't go into this with a light attitude. I take my schooling serious, and will work hard and succeed.
well, little overwhelming looking at all the books I got today, and that is only the first quarter. and the lists of abbreviations and drug terms, I need to memorize and be tested on every week, overwhelming.
Anyway, was excited to get knock out the cob webs and start learning. only 9 months then 3 months clinical. they help get ya the job! how are you doing? Cool pic!
Plus medical assistant can be more physical, and you could have to take blood or do stitches, didn't really wanna have to do that. So I'm comfortable with pharmacy tech, especially at my age.
Hi Keemo buddy! Well don't think I ever told you but I start school today. Going to YTI for pharmacy technician. Not too long, only 12 months, and not too expensive - only cost half as much as the medical assistant, and is half the time almost, and better pay right out of school.
how do i set it to private? Im not even sure WHAT i wanna ask i have to think that over. Remember first time we did gmail chat? I was like WOW! A little box with words! is that you?? haha.
