I need to plan post meals better. Plus I had to sit still and study hardcore right after the show and that didn't help at all. I'm eating super clean again though to get rid of the puffyness. It's in my legs and a little in my abs...weird stuff!! But it does mean better post show planning for me next time!!

It really is a crazy sport, but what a fun time...just meeting people!! Yeah one judge had me in last and the all the others had me in 4th or 5th...so I'm just wondering what that judge didn't like about me besides everything?? haa ha!
How's it going back at the gym for ya??

Thanks lady!! You keep at it! Did you see the score cards?? I had one judge that was not my fan who I want to talk to, but I have no idea where to find he/she.

Gosh, thanks for the info on my blog!! I will for sure look her up! When is the Spokane show??? See I'm still learning all this stuff. I'm from Kelso and went to school at Eastern Washington. Now I'm up and down the west coast mainly between Vancouver/Portland and San Francisco on the job search. But I have a lot of extra time being between jobs which is nice!! Take Care & Good Luck!
