What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I want to compete in figure so I am currently on 35g protein, 35 gr carbs and 12 gr fat per/meal. There is a day where I get an extra meal and that means extra carbs. That's my High day. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Baby steps. Patience. Learn to love yourself no matter your circumstances. God will provide. Just stay committed and be consistent. Treat your body and mind better than your car.
I'm trying to pack on the booty muscle and lose the fat back there! That's my goal these days. Firm it up and make it tight. No clapping here buddies! Sorry, that's not cute in my book.
