I was talking with friends about how I lost 30 lbs on the Hollywood Weight loss Diet and how I totally regretted it. But, it made me reconsider how serious I wanted to build muscle but still lose fat. I'm still kind of lost on how to accomplish this...
I really just want to lose fat and keep the muscle I have.
Why I Love It:
I love to see myself progress through the difficulties.
How I Stay Motivated:
I weigh myself everyday and measure my body fat level. It keeps my mind focused on doing what I need to do in order to reach my goals.

Keaosis inspired by MsFitFern. Reason: "I never would have never known about this website had it not been for Fern. "
Laura has the most impressive Photo Progression Library I have seen on here to date. It's just unbelievable, the way she looks now I couldn't imagine the notion of how hard she actually had to work for this body!
Why I like this video: My pre-game tennis video. Before a match, my goal is to get rid of all thoughts not pertaining to tennis. I'll watch Federer in this video and observe his emotional responses before and after his shots. I consider Federer of 2007 to be his best form of tennis "ever".

I've been pondering the effects of milk. I stopped drinking cows milk several years ago. It's been a unique journey from then... Even-though I'm still fairly young and healthy, I thought it was interesting that every time I visit the doctor's office. They are always enthusiastic about...
LOVE THE JACK-3D!!!!! The sensation is something else. I get a prickly feeling on my arms... that is the only side effect I get. I has a nice rev-up and keeps me going for hours. No crash! It's a good pumper... pre-workout. Hope this helps.
You are making some sweet progress!!! Keep it up!!! You can really see it showing through in your stomach! Hows your diet/training comming? (As if I don't know from the results!!!!)
Thanks for the advice. Yes, I drink lots of water and take glucosamine. I work with whatever my chiro tells me I can do exercise wise. Basically, he said for right now not to do any free weights and just use machine assisted wts instead. I have to work up slowly to where I was. My body also responds better with weightlifting.
Thanks for the advice on my back pain. I didn't know bent over rows helps strengthen it, I'm glad to find this out. I have been seeing a chiropractor and it has helped tremendously, plus after he recommended changing how I sleep I did get improvement. Thanks again!
Your recruiter is probably right. However, that does not mean you won't be given the opportunity. Myself, for example, work at the brig which is a non-deployable unit. However, there have been a few of us who have been deployed. If you do join, the best suggestion is volunteer for EVERYTHING, it'll prove your reliable, and increase you chances of them sending you overseas as part of an individual augmentation or a something akin to that.
I just went to my family doctor and he told me I needed to change my diet because of cholestoral and triglecride problems. He wasn't too specific. You ought to check with stevep78 on a good nutrition plan.
It could be weeks nor or months. The tumor above his brainstem is about the size of a fist. I cannot imagine the pain he is in. He holds my hand tightly when I visit and doesnt let go until he falls asleep.
Thanks Kevin. Another operation would count for his sixth or seventh. He's been in a hospital care center for two years already and has lost most of his ability to move, speak, see, & hear. He's been on a feeding tube since his last operation. The doctor's have asked the family to put in his file dnr- do not resuscitate.
