Overall Goal: DO WORK CREW!!!!!!!!!!!
I really want to break into fitness modeling. I'm going to compete in the spring and hopefully that will give me the exposure I need!! Fingers crossed!
Fit Status:
gotta get this cardio back in check starting... NOW!
I have always worked out. A year ago I trained for my first marathon. Once I finished my first full marathon, I figured... what's my next adventure. So, here I am training for my first competition thanks to the motivation from a great friend. So far things are going great!!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I can see my body change. I feel great about myself. It sure doesn't hurt when friends see me and say I look great too!
How I Stay Motivated:
If I have "one of those days" I just try to remember the joy of how I felt the day before when I woke up and thought I had lost 10 lbs overnight!
BB Accomplishments:
HA!! So far just getting in gear with the seriousness of competition training!

BuffMother has an excitement in shaping her body as I do with mine! She seems to have an awesome attitude. If I'm not feeling like working out and see her page... I'm ready to rock it at the gym!! Thanks Buffmother!
When I was training for a comp (that I didn't get to do afterall) I was training with four sets with 8-10 reps. I still keep that up unless I am doing a Spartans 300 or WOD from Crossfit.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
2-3 minutes when lifting heavy of 6-8 reps. Less rest when higher reps.
That's DOIN' WORK! Nicely done, you have come a long way in the past 7 months. Keep pouring gasoline on your fire...Excellent progress. The blond hair looks great on you too.
All the best!
