Abdominator Hey Kdawg2! My chest workout varies, but the main thing I've always done is incorporate pushups into my daily activity. Every morning I do 3-4 sets of 30-50 pushups against the edge of my bathtub. I also recently started using the Perfect Pushup and that has really improve the shape and structure of my upper chest.
