How I Started:
Got tired of being fat and out of shape, so I started working out with a friend of mine, and never looked back.
Why I Love It:
I love to see the changes it makes, also having people tell me that they can see a difference.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pics of myself before I started working out. Also seeing the some of the greatest bodybuilders, and how they maintain stay in the game.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually do between 8 to 12, but will occasionally go down to six reps.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
About a minute to two minutes.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Dave Henry. Man he can pack on some mass for such a short guy Plus he can get very ripped.
