The first four months of University I began to lose a lot of weight. A few friends noticed my structure and that I had loads of potential. Started going to the gym after Christmas for the next term and realized it was a great way to get away from stress and clear my mind. And here I am.
Why I Love It:
Great way to clear my mind. Makes me feel much, much better mentally and physically. Fun!
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't really need to stay motivated. Every day I look into the mirror I'm motivated. I need to get a little under motivated, I tend to over train, specially when I'm stressed or there's something on my mind.
BB Accomplishments:
Big! Low fat, high muscle. 'Nuff said.

I could do things by the book, but I'd rather write a new one myself.
I want to stay below 8% body fat and gain as much lean muscle as possible. Ultimately I want to look like an upside down triangle who can spread his lats and fly.
I have about 30 days till school. I'm hoping to drop down to 8% body fat (or less) with minimal muscle loss. I'm about 12% - 14% body fat, so this shouldn't be so hard.
Day 1: Shoulders/Traps
Deadlift – 6 x 4
Arnold Dumbbell Press – 4 x 8
Dumbbell Shrugs – 4 x 10
Dumbbell Front Raise – 3 x 8
Barbell Shrugs – 4 x 8
Dumbbell Lateral Raise – 4 x 8
Standing Barbell Rows – 4 x 8
Awesome physique my man! Just wanted to take the time to say hi and to wish you the best of luck and much success in meeting all your fitness goals. Train Hard!
