How I Started:
I began working out to go over my ex..To enhance my selfesteem, and I became addicted really fast..(almost)nothing makes me feel better than pumping iron;)
Why I Love It:
I love fitness because its a sport about working out hard, eating healthy and trying to get the best possible shape. It's also about learning the human body and experimenting with different training techniques and diets.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body changing...Looking at others fit women in my Oxygen magazine or here on Bodyspace!

I think I lost fat a little on this one.
I'm not sure if it shows in the picture but I felt the kitty shorts were more loose.
Not sure if I'm happy about that though.
I've been training hard for 3 years...After many changes in my life, I put training on the side for almost 6 month. Now I feel bad. However, I'm strongly determined to get those muscle back . This time I'll get in the best shape of my life, by the summer I'll look the way I want.

Karen, you have a great physique. It is well balanced and you could compete anytime wanted to! You really look much taller than 5', so you have the ability to beat tall competitors too! Quebec has a great fitness scene and a lot of opportunities, so I can imagine you catch a show there. It would be great to see you on stage!
