I began working out to go over my ex..To enhance my selfesteem, and I became addicted really fast..(almost)nothing makes me feel better than pumping iron;)
Why I Love It:
I love fitness because its a sport about working out hard, eating healthy and trying to get the best possible shape. It's also about learning the human body and experimenting with different training techniques and diets. I just realise that nutrition was the missing link to the body I would like. I'm beginning a strict diet this week to blast off this extra fat. Hope I'll get good results!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body change...Looking at others fit women in my Oxygen mag or here at Bodybuilding.com!

1 year after the original one.1 year during which my training has been so so..I think I'm way less muscular now
I've been training hard for 3 years...After many changes in my life, I put training on the side for almost 6 month. Now I feel bad. However, I'm strongly determined to get those muscle back . This time I'll get in the best shape of my life, by the summer I'll look the way I want.

Motivation when life is a pain can be hard. Work is afecting my focus lately and I have been caled a gym psycho in the past. Just try to drag yourself into the gym or make yourself do 25 to 100 pushups and crunches a day to stay in the habbit and you will get over it. At least you look hot with or without the gym!!
