How I Started:
I have always been an athletic person. I believe I have played every sport there is at least once. I Love being outdoors and moving around and cannot stand to just sit inside. When I met my fiance he showed me the ropes on weightlifting and cardio. Have been addicted to the weightlifting ever since. Cardio is still my weak point, but getting better.So I have been a personal trainer and work out addict for 3 years now.
Why I Love It:
I always feel great about myself, I'm never sick, and it really makes you think about the foods you put in your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking through Oxygen magazine or looking at pictures of fitness models and such. I'm really into photography and would love to take pictures or have pictures taken of me.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishment is being able to do an hour of cardio. Used to I would struggle with 30 minutes, but it gets easier every week, as long as you don't take any time off.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
sometimes it really is necessary. I do it if its needed haha.

Sweatshirt and sweatpants. You are actually supposed to sweat when you work out, believe it or not.
