Well i had trainers until about a month ago, so i still have all the setuff they did with me, aka the diet i posted..and a billion different workouts. I was just gonna try and go along the lines of that for a bit cuz i gained some weight back again so need to get that off first anyways then when i get maybe 2 monhts out from a comp get some specialized help again

ill definitely try those out! i used to do stuff liek that all the time when i had a personal trainer, my favorite for the cardio part of it was these things called thrusters...basically just doing squats up to shoulder presses with very light dumbbells as fast as you can for the minute interval for cardio!

Hey GT i'm doin well....how about you?! Ive been working lots of 12 hour days so I"m finding extrmeely difficult to stick to my strict diet (still eating healthy just not exact diet) and getting to the gym as much as I"m used to!!!! and i love it there...but i just started a new job so gotta get thru the first lil bit!

If you look at my progress pictures thats 10 lbs and like 7% BF change...thats NOT a lot of weight to make such a huge difference hey?

Vacation over! Lol! get back at it girl! I fell off for two weeks but I have no excuse! Just shitty times at home... I'm grocery shoping tomorrow n gettin my stuff together agani starting sunday hehe I really don't care how long it takes as long as I keep improving!

I absolutely love the gym...ive been training hard for about 4-5 years. It's the diet I seem to go in cycles with..ill go for a few weeks strong then ill fall off and BINGE for a couple weeks... as you can see I have still made some progress but its making progress take way longer than it should lol
