Have never been happy with my body, and continued to pack on the pounds as university progresses, was very unhappy and decided to TRY and make a change... slow but sure...
Why I Love It:
I've always been a very competitive athlete. I love being active in general. The feeling you get after a great work out is better than any thing. My drug of choice.
How I Stay Motivated:
Talking to other people with the same goals and doing the same things. My trainers are very inspiring to even just be around, seeing their bodies, and knowing that they do the same thing I am TRYING to do with ease... Looking at other peoples success stories..hopefully this website...
The day before following clean eating diet given by my nutritionists/trainers. This is the biggest I have EVER been... and believe it or not I had hardly missed a day at the gym for the past yera prior to when that picture was taken. and i work out HARD. just goes to show diet is 95% of it all... gr ...
Although it's much better than the picture before still no where close to where I used to be and want to get back to! God I hate university and food nad eating lol... I seem to hold all my fat in the back and im not jus talkin about the booty because that seems to be the first thing to have left!!! ...
So... my legs are like 23inches big, which is massive, and theyve always been massive and mostly muscle, even when im down to like 13-14 % BF they really dont get that much smaller, an inch if anything. They are mostly muscle but I'm wondering how do I LOSE muscle size? has anyone EVER wanted to...
