My sister got me into working out a few times. After a couple experienced lifters took me under their wing, I really found a dedication to the gym. It's been all up's since then as far as the benefits of hitting the weights hard.
Why I Love It:
It's about going to the gym with a goal in mind. Even when you just show up at the gym, you know you're there for a purpose. I love that there is always a goal to be matched whenever you go. You're on YOUR time; you set the pace of how fast you want things to get done. No one has to wait on anyone, no one can rely on another.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just love lifting. Subconciously I'm sure there is a reason, but it's best to leave it at that.
BB Accomplishments:
Winning Mr. East as a sophomore in highschool; Winning All-city as a junior in highschool; Winning Jr. Mr Alaska as a senior in highschool. Staying natural.

Training is going great! Just did back and shoulders. I went heavier on every exercise!! I felt soo good! Now i really will be taking pics often to see what is and whats not working!
CHEST...it varies from person to person, i just have the genetics for it, always have. just make sure to hit your upper, middle and lower chest and utilize exercise to make sure it happens. i like to start out with the pec deck or cable crossovers to pre-exhaust my chest before hitting compound movements, like dumbell presses. there are so many ways to go about doing it. your young so you can get away with hitting numerous compound movements for chest..thats what i would do!
