I am just getting back into it but right now I am doing 30 min of Cardi twice daily, I figure If I can keep that up for two weeks I will incorporate weights.
I am 5'7" also. I started out at around 163.5 on June 9th so I think its working. I'd love to keep in touch and keep motivated. So far just cardio 4 times a week and weights 3 times a week and a healthy 5-6 meal/day diet is doing the trick.
