my dad got me a gym membership for christmas (i'd always wanted it), and i started off just doing cardio to lose weight but then I found out I liked weight lifting weight more than just running or biking, and I saw results and got hooked.
Why I Love It:
because it makes me feel good about myself and when im upset or stressed nothing works more than a workout. also because i feel i'm in control of what my body looks like. It's just...AWESOME. :)
How I Stay Motivated:
umm this website helps a lot, i watch videos and see pics of sexy, strong people, and read magazines.
I want to get down to 105 lbs for my bday in September
Goal (Long):
I wanna get down to 105 and then start gaining muscle. I need to look good on my gown. And I want everybody to notice my new body when I go back to school. And I want a body I'm proud of.
AND AFTER THAT...I'll keep working till I'm the best I can be, and later on compete in fitness
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

so yesterday I went to a family BBQ at the beach. i ate not that much. But what I ate was full of fat. The water was freezing cold. NOthing like the beaches in Latin America. :( I miss the hot water from Ecuador :D
yeah and we got home late. and i was tired. so i said, screw the workout. And...
