KattiaSixx Question: how did you guys were able to overcome the nutrition challenges?

  • Prepare meals in bulk on Sunday evening in easy to transport containers for lunches. Variety of herbs and spices for my meats and veges for dinners. Get a blender for breakfast. The only thing I cant break is my love of beer :)

  • Lol thank you! I do love beer too haha but I am not partying or drinking at all, my fri nights and Saturdays are now commuted to the gym!

strongbk22 I think most of us struggle with nutrition but, one great thing about fitness and nutrition you get exactly what you put into it. Prepare meals ahead of time so that way you already know what you're going to eat and how many calories. May 13, 2013 2:30pm

thenaturalone I think that your goal sounds very reasonable! There's no reason why you couldn't get your self in the sort of condition required to compete and do very well at that! Diet is a tough one for most people! The key is to figure out ways to adhere to a low calorie diet that's also high in nutrition so you don't feel too depleted. I've invented my own low carb banana protein bread and protein pumpkin bread to help me survive my diet! Apr 4, 2013 5:28pm
