I started working out at age 13 just for something to do. I started weightlifting at about 16 years of age. That was when I dislocated my knee cap and went to physical therapy. After I recovered, I thought using weights was awesome. After I graduated in 2005, I started to get really serious about both weightlifting and working out.
Why I Love It:
I love that feeling I get right after a good work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay positive and only think of solutions. A good play list on my iPod helps too. lol.
I did hydrostatic weighing at my school, and I had approximately 22% body fat. Technically I am already lean. I guess I should say I want to be ultra lean with a body fat% of 16.
I want to be faster at running and bike riding.
I want to be able to do chin ups and pull ups without assistance.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 17 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
16%

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Marissa Miller for her abs. Kendra Wilkinson for her butt and legs. It is hard to pick a celebrity as a goal, because I cannot find one that is the same height and structure as me.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I do not have a road racing bike, so my mountain bike is pretty slow on the road. I could only do 12.5 miles per hour.
On my mom's old Spalding bike, I can go 14 miles per hour. On my dad's old (27" wheel) bike, I can go 15.6 miles per hour. I never thought I could go that fast.
I go to the gym usually two days in a row and then have a rest day.
At the gym I lift on my favorite machines. After that I do this cardio routine: 10 minute run on treadmill, 10 minute sprint on bike, and 10 minute speed walking uphill on the treadmill.
I am a college student studying Petroleum Engineering. Only 3 semester left. As for the rules there is an arabic saying : " Dont be too strict and you will break and dont be to lean and you will get squeezed." Moderate is the name of the game :D
But for some a write-up warning doesnt really make the trick enless he really want to gradute from HL. I have a good teacher who control the class pretty well. First day he made it clear that if we pass through this door he owns us which I am fine with it because I behave :D
Do you believe in physical means to restore order in a class room. I seen some student are really rude and arrogant that need a slap in there face for respect.
