I started working-out after competing in my first Hawaiian Tropic contest. I have been addicted ever since.
Why I Love It:
There are several reasons I love working out:
For me, working-out is the best way to start a day.
After sitting in a chair in front of a computer there is nothing better than being active.
It is the best medication for stress and colds..!
I feel so much better about myself after a good workout
How I Stay Motivated:
Having a healthy lifestyle has become a way of life and not something I feel I have to do... I actually get excited when I have a wide variety of fruits and vegetables available. Mmmmm Broccoli
One of my ultimate goals is to become a role model in the fitness industry and share my views and advice about healthy lifestyles.
BB Accomplishments:
I was selected as the April Cover Model for Max Muscle. I went out to CA for a two day cover shoot. Magazine comes out March 25, 2008.

I just entered my first fitness competition on October 6, 2007 and took first place. This was an NGA competition..! I was very lucky to have achieved this win because I registered, learned how to pose and received my swimsuits days before the event…
Other than the above competition, I have done promotional modeling for Hawaiian Tropic, Pirelli Tires, Tropic Beauty, Cuddlebag -entertainment Furniture and various casinos in Las Vegas and Northern California.

When is the best time of day to weigh yourself to get the most accurate reflection of your weight?
I have been weighing myself at night for the progress section on my BodySpace ~ This weekend, on Friday, for some reason I decided to weigh myself before I went to bed and than weighed...
yes i have but its hard to keep motivated where im at..but i have 4 more weeks of this place n then im back stateside:)

The weight gain is going pretty good. I should be able to meet my goal weight by the end of August. As for you, it looks like you are blowing all your goals out of the water. Your physique looks great and you’re getting the promotional work.
hmm tips for staying lean? ack i dont know, Hm, I would just recommend having a good diet:) I dont like alcohol, so I dont have a weakness there. I would say just choose one cheat food a week and stick with it.:)
3 favorite crunches hmm i like floor leg lifts, crunches on a ball and side crunches;)
