ANQuevedo2910 Hello! So you have really inspired me to pursue your workout, but what I am confused about is how long do I do the muscle building before I start the cutting routine? Or is there a specific order in which I do them? Such as muscle building week 1 and cutting routine week 2 and alternate OR muscle building weeks 1-4 and then Cutting routine weeks 5-8 and keep alternating that way I would love and appreciate your response and guidance!
