Background

When I Started: Jul 2005
HOW I STARTED:

I started working-out after competing in my first Hawaiian Tropic contest. I have been addicted to the lifestyle and the way it makes me feel.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Eating clean and working out makes me feel really good. The “feeling good” is hard to describe exactly but I have so much energy and now feel comfortable in my own skin. My day feels complete after a workout and I have NEVER regretted or felt bad after leaving the gym.

Leg Day and other things: FIRST ROUTINE Grab a Bosu-Ball if you have on at the gym if not grab a low bench or an aerobic step http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw78.htm Also, grab a ball from the squat rack, bench press or any kind of bar obviously weight After you grab the bar or bosu ball PREFORM THE FOLLOWING ROUTINE: 1. Here is the workout I completed today: Grab a squat bar or a bench press bar and do the following 20 RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts) 12 Bent over Rows 12 Push Presses 20 Squats Rest 30 Seconds and repeat routine 3 to 4 times. Second Routine Grab some dumbbells and do the following routine 12 times with no break Do a push up with the dumbbells in hand Still in the push up position bring each arm up one at time to do a single arm row Walk feet forward, stand up and press dumbbells up to complete a push press Then back down in push up position… Do this a total of 12 times (12 push-ups..12 rows...12 pus...

What do you define as a treat…. What do you think of when you reach of or decide you want something not on the typical diet? When you are going through busy or emotional times? What do you decide to grab when you are out and out for social outings? Store bought cookies or homemade cookies ( maybe fresh peanut butter or protein added to the cookies) Homemade popcorn with a popcorn machine using oils, sea salt and maybe even splenda or do you think I want movie type popcorn. LaurieJW Hi there. I am new to this site and am looking to see what my body is cable of. I have been eating clean for 3 years and doing functional fitness/ cross fit training for 3 years as well. I am strong and have muscle BUT, I feel like I have never been able to see the muscle that I know is under there. I am willing to give your workout and nutrition plan a try. verobalestra Kathleen i'd like to say you're my inspiration #1 ! I got a question though... how much does your cutting program last? And if I wake up at 5AM, and sleep at 10PM, I have 6 meals during the day, is it ok if i have 3 protein shakes? When you did the speed channel out at miller motorsports I was dating kirsten (one of the other models) and then later ran into you at max muscle.
