no problem, keep up the hard work, give no explode a try and keep me posted on ur progress ;) Training hard is an important part of the bulking process, no half ass efforts, good luck

woops i also forgot to add, if ur on a bulk, u could take a half serving of the protein powder u normally take after training and then a full serving of it after training. make sure it has carbs in it, otherwise ur bulk wont really go anywhere :)

no problem, ill be happy to help. Well, ive used a few, the one im on now is pretty good (nano vapor) but...its not recommended for women unfrotunately. I liked no explode from bsn, endorush is good too, but doesnt give u as much pump as no explode because it doesnt have creatine. NO explode will be really good for you, you will definitely feel it. It says 18+ but u should be fine, as long as u take a small dosage 1-2 scoops should be more than enough :)
