My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy
Mondays: Chest/bi's followed by 45 min cardio.
Tuesdays: Back/Tri's followed by 45 min cardio and then 30 min of HIIT in the evening.
Wednesday: Compound Legs followed by 45 min cardio
Thursday: No lifting. One session of 45 min steady state cardio and one session of HIIT for 30 min.
Friday: Shoulders followed by 45 min cardio.
Saturday: Isolation Legs followed by 30 min HIIT. 45 min cardio 1st thing in the morning.
Sunday: Completely Off

Fish Oil, CLA, Acidopilus & Bifidus, Glutamine, BCAA's, Amino Recovery (also BCAA), Protogen, Green Tea, Scream, Women's Multi, Vitamin C, Vitamin D
6 weeks out from a competition, I eliminate sugar substitutes - no Amino Recovery or Scream. I also eliminate Creatine. I start mixing my own pre-workout, which is the Scream formula minus the creatine and sweetener/flavoring. I buy all raw ingredients. I also use NOW unflavored protein isolate.
