Lose the bodyfat that I have gained over the last few years and improve on my overall fitness...

I've been working consistently and it is starting to show and I FEEL better. :) Time to kick it up a notch.

Get Lean

I want to lower my body fat percentage down to 9% and add muscle.

Get faster by hopefully breaking my pb of 11.3 and making that a sub 11 by next year May, add a little more size to my arms without compromising my speed, get focused on consistent and hardcore training...
