With friends...this has been between babies..so its off and on..start and restart
Why I Love It:
Mainly how much better I feel doing it. Taking care of yourself is important..inward and outwardly. I also think it strengthens the immune system if not overdone.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I do not do it..I am not happy with myself and since I know this..it motivates me to do it even when I do not want to.I usually almost always workout at 5am
