Living a healthy lifstyle has always been a passion of mine.
Why I Love It:
I have made it a meditation for myself. I let go of all thoughts and just focus on my breathing and the muscle that I am working at that moment. Also the feeling of accomplishment when you are finished with a workout can not be put into words for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
The people that I love keep me inspired and motivated, it’s the fact that they believe in me that is so inspiring. I am competing in my first show in September of this year. I have teamed up with a great friend to help me stay accountable and she is amazing we keep each other inspired as well.
BB Accomplishments:
Everyday that I balance work, workouts, my role as a mother and a wife is an accomplishment in itself, to me anyway.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I am not motivated to go to the gym. But a quick browse through bodyspace will get you inspired. :) Also if you get a workout partner they can help hold you accountable.
Thank you so much! I can need that since I have been thinking of what to do next. I need some new motivation since I am caught between different categories when it come to bb and fitness. If i should continue bb or what?? But I love training hard and love to be strong and muscular so with your words too then I feel so much better. Thanks !!! You keep it up too!!xxx
Hey prudy lady! Read your goal-- to compete? That is awesome! Do you have your sites set on a show or when yet? You are doing awesome and look amazing, so keep it up!
