It is DTP + Superset !!!
Yeah! you may said I'm crazy. But hey check my results.
DTP + Superset twice in month for each part of muscle.

Basics Protein supplements
3 Scrrop per day
- morning before meal
- post workout after 15min
- before bed
Protein I useing is Dymatyze Elite (Vanilla Flavour)
I'm back to gym and this time I'm more focus on Nutrition. I workout like not usually by follow Kris Gethin program and I found out I really motivative on superset and DTP, After metabolism are run in quality I need to eat alot alot like 4 -5 meal a day (now I have a problem about this ) I got to work 6 day a week but I loss my time to eat too much.
