Do you know until you told me I'd reached my goal - I'd forgotten that I had!? I had to review & realize that I did indeed have a short term goal & did meet it. Wow. Thanks for pointing that out. (I keep thinking abt the long term goal) so forgot I'd met my short term goal. Thank you!!!

Hey, thanks for the confession. See, now we all know what you're up to, you're probably less likely to do it again, right? You'll remember next time to plan ahead so you don't get so hungry at night. I'm trying to not eat at night right now. Hubby is struggling a lot with going to bed hungry. But I think it's a big key to loosing vs gaining. Just knowing I'm coming here to "confess" or report on my progress is helping me stay accountable. So thank you for the support!!

Oh you're welcome. Actually, looking at your photos - you've made such a transformation! You've really changed your shape! That's awesome. And yes, it does help me knowing you've visited me online & that's keeping me honest. I had a great day yesterday & (finally) came down from my weight plateau (yay). So yes - thanks for the inspiration!
