Sometimes I have really low self esteem and I think to myself, "Can I really do this?" It can get really hard to kick the negative thoughts in my head and I even find at times that I'm embarrassed to tell people that I want to be a figure competitor and fitness model. I'm afraid they will discourage me or tell me I can't do it.
