How I Started:
After some of my pants stopped fitting (the amazing expanding ass) and I noticed that my weight was going up, I figured it was time to drop a few inches...I like those pants! My partner likes to work out, and it's easier for me if I can go to the gym with someone else. I've also always wanted to be more toned and strong, so there you go.
Why I Love It:
Can't say I love it. It's just another thing I have to do...as I told my partner, it's right up there with feeding the cat and going to work.
How I Stay Motivated:
My pants! And my partner helps.

Ugh.  I have only been back to lifting one day--having revamped my workout--and already I want to quit.

Feeding the kat and going to work don't usually hurt. It hurts me every single time to lift hard. That hair is long enough to tie you up :)

Don't let a little soreness get you down. Keep going at it. Sore and pain are different. As long as you have a work-out partner watching your form, keep going. NO EXCUSES. I've used too many as it is. Good luck!
