I got tired of being out of shape. Since I started working out at the gym in February of 09 I have lost approximately 30 pounds or so. I went through a break up, and wasn't able to pay my gym membership for a month. In that month I lost the muscle I had gained. I am now back in full swing at the gym and ready to get everything back in order!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great about myself, people really seem to notice the weight loss. I will take some new pics as soon as I get a camera.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every morning when I bend over and have to hold my breath to tie my work boots (because of my gut), that motivates me.
My goal is to be able to lift heavy stuff, have muscles, lose a lot of my body fat, and in general be in much better shape than I am in now. I am NOT wanting to get into shape to look better physically. I'm not doing this to go pro. I'm doing this to be bigger and stronger. I don't care if people think I'm "hot" or not. I don't want people to look at me and say "wow look at those abs, he's sexy". I want people to look at me and say "damn, I bet he could lift a bus".
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 65 lb

18.5%
