When I Started:	Oct, 2006
How I Started:	I decided to get a trainer who showed me how to workout the right way and how my diet could transform my body.
Why I Love It:	I love working out because it relieves a lot of stress. I enjoy being in the environment and being around other like minded individuals.
How I Stay Motivated:	I schdule a photoshoot or something that I know I want to look good for. Set a goal and go for it.
BB Accomplishments:	I have had the opportunity to be published in some fitness magazines including.. American Curves, Muscle Mag, Nutural Muscle, X-Fitness, DXL, and Planet Muscle!

This was from my fist photoshoot before I got really interested in fitness and knew anything about the right diet. Not too bad ...but look a little soft.	newest pic..gained a little more muscle but not as lean as I would have liked. Also retaining lots of h20 from the flight from MT to FL. :(
