When I Started:
Oct, 2007
How I Started:
Got an invitation in the mail when they build the new Gym in Killeen, and checked it out, I wanted to get back into working out, but with a child I needed a Gym with good childcare. Found out 3 days within signing up that I was pregnant...continued to work out though, in moderation, but had to take a break just before delivery and for a while after...then it slacked a bit, but now I started it up regularely again and am working towards my Goal. I changed the starting date to October 2007, cause I truly started regular now, I was way to slack the last months
Why I Love It:
I have more energy after working out, I feel happier (for the lack of a better owrk), I know I am doing something good for my body and health
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at my kids and see their endless supply of energy keeps reminding me that I need to be in shape to keep up with them
BB Accomplishments:
So far...to be able to do cardio for 35 min without passing out (yes I was that badly out of shape that when I started back up, I was out of breaht after 15 minutes)..this might not sound like much for most here, but for me it is a start ...once I got higher, more accomplishments I will add them

This is what I would love to get back to..one of these days I WILL be there again
not much difference from the last pic, at least not physical...but I lost 3 lbs already and I FEEL alot better.. so it IS progress
get rid of the babyblubber and excess fat I collected over the past 10 yrs..I want to get down to 165 lbs
Goal (Long):
As a teenager, I played semi professional Tennis, I was on the court up to 20 hours a week, practise 5 times a week, and tournaments on the weekend. I was in good shape, until a knee injury forced me to quit, and I went basically overnight from constant exercise to couch potato...needless to say.. I ballooned up, not as bad at first, but when I moved to the US, with the changes in diet, climate and then pregnancy, it got worse...I'm currently the biggest and unshapliest I have ever been and it is time to change that and become all around healthier again as well as better in shape, I have a 4 yr old and a 10 months old, I need the energy if I want to keep up with them, and I want to be able to run around the park with them for hours without feeling like I need an oxygen bottle after 15 minutes. I want to be able to fit back into the clothes I wore when I met my husband almost 10 yrs ago. I don't want to be a beanpole, I simply want to get back into better shape, inprove my overall health and change to a healthier lifestyle
Well.. it's been a little over a week since I started taking the Lipo 6 Hers. Course I had as always horrible timing, right after I started taking it both me and my baby got sick, so there went the workout. I'm still not 100% better, maybe 50% if that, but I went and at least got my weight...
This whole fitness thing can get complicated when real life gets involved but I hope that you never give up or in and always find at least one good reason to keep on, keepin' on.
All the best to you and yours.
Thank you. Th holidays is a tough time to get started again, but I know that you will find a renewed strength and determination. Stay strong. You WILL reach your goals! :-)
Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and never, ever give up. I wish you much success in achieving your fitness goals and look forward to watching and hearing how you are progressing. With the way you are working it wont be long before you are putting up new goals because the others are long past attained. All the best and stay strong.
