By imagining the transformation I want to see. I want my abs/arms/legs/back to be lean, add muscle, and toned. I read the articles here, look for pointers from fellow BB's, and am trying to stay focused on my goal: Me. My son is a great source of inspiration- his focus/dedication to his own routine helps keep me on track.
Ok- so computer is up and running - :) But since I did not get to update my photos/stats in time, I am no longer able to be part of the Dymatize contest- so I am still doing my plan- for me :) I had cut back on the motivation/working out due to stupid stress - and need to find my GUNG HO! motivation again - it is hard to motivate yourself, and without the computer- it was not the easiest thing using BB by phone, lol - so I missed out on reading the articles for 'lift me ups' :) I plan on taking... So still dealing with whatever is going on with the computer.. will see if I can get my phone to upload updated pics, still holding strong... although I will admit I need to increase the running more, and stay with it - def making a difference :)
Computer is acting weird, so posting by phone for now, so yesterday was weighins @ work... and apparently my driver's license has been WRONG all these years..... or I am growing in my old age haha! I am 5'8"....not 5'6"... a whole two inches taller,lol, so that actually changed my bmi #. Pics and stats to be posted.....
So.... sitting here on the couch, lol watching the Biggest Loser :) and chillin' :) My knees are slightly sore from the jog/run, but-I maintained a steady pace from start to finish. A mix of speed walking, jogging, running. This morning did cardio. Have not been able to get to gym yet, :( but have been manipulating Jamie Eason's course to workout at home..just not sure if that counts,so haven't applied it to my bodyspace yet. Woke up this morning to a text that my sis-in-law signed up to BB.com....yay! Awesome, psyched for her - can't wait to see her progress, no doubt she will reach her goals- :) Started my day with: Hypershred, Chromium Picolinate, and a Syntha6 shake-yum Plans today are to start the Jamie Eason 12 week course, until I get my hands on the JNL fusion dvds :) Have a few projects on the agenda today- so scheduling workout in afternoon- so as not to be disturbed :) Go to BodyBlog
