How I Started:
I was graced with having a wonderful trainer in the past. I retained the majority of the information he gave me concerning nutrition and training.
Recently, I had major changes in my life - both at home & at work. I needed to gain a sense of control. What can be easier to control than 1)What you eat; 2)What you do with your body.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to see the fruits of my labor. I love being able to control and change every aspect of my physical appearance through hard work & dedication. The sky's the limit. I'm Addicted!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
This site is the best motivator. I mean seeing all of the mind-blowing transformations & reading the success stories... It's crazy!!

Abs Flexed - These are my abs & all their glory at the beginning of my journey.
This is the day after the competition at a photo shoot. I couldn't get my muscles to flex the way I wanted them to for the life of me.
