Me at 210lbs Down to 145lbs
This is the only picture I have of me at my heaviest. I was 210lbs and it was somewhere around 2005-2006. My weight has always gone up and down but I made a promise to myself to never go back to this!
This was taken after my first month of personal training 3 times a week.
