I'd like to work on my big 3, just started squats and deads a week ago. Current stats -Deads 100, -Squats 100, -Bench 130. (10 reps of each 2-3sets)
Goal (Long):
Become healthier, stronger and better looking. Also, I would eventually like to compete in body building competitions and stay Steroid free. I've always wanted to be stronger and bigger then others, ever since I've seen smaller people be pushed around by bigger people, I've wanted to be big and intimidating.
