I have always done many sports but started weights in high school.
Why I Love It:
I feel good about myself, am stronger, more energized, good influence.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I even notice I have lost a little muscle or have lost tone, it encourages and motivates me the most to keep working out hard.
Pictures of other body builders, sports, keeping my self in shape. Being a coach in several sports and also being a huge influence on students lives; I want to do the best I can personally to help be a role model.
BB Accomplishments:
Toning is fairly easy for me, Building muscle on the other hand.. Isn't as easy.

Build my calves and my traps. Tone my legs. Build my abs and obliques then tone them. Build forearms. Build upper body. Build back a little more, mostly tone. Tone chest. Build lats a little more. Tone gluts and legs. Gain as much stamina as possible after achieving building and toning.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I love sports, keeps me thinking less about the workout but rather focus on fun. Personally I love soccer, tennis and Ultimate Frisbee for a good cardio exercise. Okay, me again... twice in one night, sorry. I just came across this verse and thought maybe you could find something in it. It's the International Standard Version of 1 Corinthians 13:7. Why the hell do you want abs like that? It's sexy when chicks have a nice flat stomach, almost a 6 pack. But to have a ripped 6 pack like that on a chick... whatever floats your boat.
