How I Started:
I've been an athlete all my life. I played everything I could get into when I was younger. Basketball, softball, track and field, cheerleader, even tried vollyball.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy I feel after a great workout. The results aren't bad either :-)
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the ability to transform my body through hard work and dedication. Each little change gives me motivation to work that much harder.

Goal (Long):
I have been an athlete all my life. However after college, I started to slow down. Over the past two years I've come to a complete stop. I want to have my strong body back! I want to feel comfortable in my clothes. No more back fat, belly, or bra bulge! I want my weight to be between 135 and 140 lbs.
This weekend was my mom's 60th birthday! We threw her this big surprise party on Saturday and it was awesome. The only down side was that I ate practically everything I should not have. Plus I didn't workout a bit. However, I came home and got on the scale and I weigh 171.6. There's hope!...
well another great day in my life just got into a size 38 pair of jeans!!! this has taked just about 11 months to get to this goal. Only 3 pound away for 220 that is a toal of 135 pound of FAT tha has left my body for good
umm sounds like you have ur training right on track, not sure why ur at a plateau :/ (maybe u should throw me in ur workout :) so how much cardio do u normally do and whats ur diet consist of?
workout are going great bench is up to 255 for 10 reps. today was leg day boxes squarts 285 10 rep and leg press 500 10 reps leg are cutting up nice but will be sore a hell tommorow. getting leaner but weight is starting to go up 232 but muscle weights more than fat
lol i started doing tha same thing, is really keepint it in order, i'm able to to better moniter when i eat crap. i'm trying to get down to 185 beore i go to cali, my is at that point where its either gonna go forward or backwards i just need focus
you know how training is you have to push your body to its limits. just keep pushing thru and stretch a lot. when ya quads get ripped you'll be thinking me. lol. what is you goal like long term
