How I Started:
I've been an athlete all my life. I played everything I could get into when I was younger. Basketball, softball, track and field, cheerleader, even tried vollyball.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy I feel after a great workout. The results aren't bad either :-)
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the ability to transform my body through hard work and dedication. Each little change gives me motivation to work that much harder.

I have been an athlete all my life. However after college, I started to slow down. Over the past two years I've come to a complete stop. I want to have my strong body back! I want to feel comfortable in my clothes. No more back fat, belly, or bra bulge! I want my weight to be between 135 and 140 lbs.

What happens now? That's the question I have been asking myself all week. I really have fallen into a hole lately. I've only been getting in about 10-20 minutes of exercise during my lunch break. My diet has totally been blown out the water. And the worst thing of all is I've gained weight!...
