How I Started:
I've been out of the gym for 8 years and got "cubby face" which is totally unacceptable. I am working out at the Park and Rec gym with limited equipment but determined to get in the best shape in years.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and feeling of being strong and in shape
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't want to be a fat Dad when I accompany my kids to a school event.

Build lean muscle and find my six pack. People say I look great, but I am not satisfied with what I see. I want that ripped look.
Goal (Long):
Okay, I am starting over. I've been working out without any direction and eating crap at the food court instead of eating clean. My wife is finally onboard, because of her love of the Biggest Loser show and her own weight issues, so eating at home will be much easier now. I'm going back to the Body for Life program I used successfully back in 2000. My biggest weakness is getting in my cardio. Hate it, but it's gotta get done.
my elbows are wrecked and it's kinda bumming me out. My left is slowly healing but my right elbow and bicep hurt. I haven't done any curls in 5 weeks and can only do limited pulling motions when I work my back. I've reduced the weight and really slowed down during reps to get an...

Calf raises on leg press machine 3x15
Animal Flex is not a miracle pill, but it will help tremendously. As I stated after my accident/rehap my joints took a beating and FLEX helped more than I ever could imagine and I do not work for the company nor do I sponsor it in anyway. This is my personal experience with it

I feel I am in decent shape, but I want to go to a point I have never been before. I want to get big and shredded. Both my shoulders are wrecked, and my knees are old and tired, so I will do whatever I have to do to work around them. I so want a washboard stomach!!!
As always Stewart, I am the strongest proponent of clean eating and working as hard (or little) as needed. EVERYTHING will fall into place - especially beautiful abs. BUT - they don't come overnight and every day is a new challenge to a most fABulicious midsection. *smile*
