I started out at school my sophomore year taking weight training. Been lifting ever since
Why I Love It:
I like to improve myself and keep healthy. I love getting a good workout and feeling "the burn" because I know I'm pushing my body for improvement
How I Stay Motivated:
Constantly read articles or paragraphs people have written about their improvements or what their goals have been and how they have been achieved. It helps me want to keep pushing forward so that I too can complete my goals
BB Accomplishments:
Went from 100 pound bench press to 150 pounds in less than a year. That same year I went from weighing 110 pounds to weighing 120

Goal (Long):
I currently weigh 127 pounds. Ive been working out for 3 years now, made pretty good improvements, but im ready to step it up. By my 20th birthday I would like to weigh 160 pounds while being in the best shape of my life. Seeing as how my metabolism is pretty fast, this is going to be a bit of a challenge, but Im willing to put alot of effort into it to obtain my goal, or at least come as close as I can to it
