KameronPaine I have had major strength gains I'n deadlift usually only get 315 3 times but yesterday repped it 9 times!!

Clewallen11 Got a good base, you do it consistent for a year dude you will be a BEAST! 3 times a week minimum. make sure you do Bench, Squat, Deadlift and you will be good. Dec 12, 2011 6:17pm
