How I Started:
I started working out because I was getting frustrated with having such a lean build. I've always admidred those who have the dedication to stick to their training & have the bodies to show for it. I decided that to stop bitching about it and get up and do it.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good about myself. After a workout I love the feeling of having pushed myself. It's also a boost for the self esteem and i have tons more energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that with hard work and dedication i can obtain the body that I really want.
My best mate Rudz hits the gym with me all the time and is always pushing me to go if I start to lose motivation.

I'm aiming to improve my body and be the best that i can be. I am aiming to increase muscle mass and definition and to gain weight.
I also want to learn more about how the body works and which nutrition and exercise plan works best for my body so that i can obtain the best results.
