Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I never actually actively worked out, thats because I was working a very labour intensive job in construction. Now that I'm an office worker, I plan to start working out to maintain (or regain ;)) my form.

The transistion

I used to work in construction in a extremely physical job, with lots of lifting carrying, climbing. I don't think anything one the job weighed less than 25lbs, other than our hand tools. I was in great physical condition. I was extremely fit. I had excellent muscle definition, and I felt as strong as a horse.


 I chose to change careers. I went back to school, and now I work an office job. It has been a year now that I have been sitting down for 8 hours a day, apposed to working physically. I cannot find the motivation to to start working out regularly.
