How I Started:
Started February 21st 2009 doing Pullups, Dips, Pushups, Knee Lifts without weight gainers. Started weight at 133, then went down to 127 in 1.5 weeks..... now i'm on weight gainers trying to bulk up, now i'm at a lean 142
Back to Bulking... i cut down to 136.... in one week i'm up to a solid 145 EAT EAT EAT

-25lbs left. SHATTERED MY LONG TERM GOAL in 6 months!
Time to think up a NEW LONG TERM GOAL....
1200 lbs? Its funny how thats 175lbs away, but my mind says "its ONLY 175lbs away, I can do that!"

ya dude i tried loading that site it wouldnt work on my computer idk why maybe page got taken down?? i tried on this computer and my other one idk whats up with it but yea i am gunna stick with my supplements im taking i am basically taking the ones that r healthy for me
u weigh 30lbs less than me and on almost all your lifts u are putting up more weight than me. FrEaKiN PiTBuLL StAtUs! I hope to soon be able to put up weight that the 200lb monsters are lifting while staying at my current weight or less(170lb) ... then we'll be about the same level relative to our size. Good job on the gains, keep 'em comin!
Working your legs more, in my opinion, is that way to go. I think you'll find that your upper body will also respond to leg training (especially squats). Plus you'll appreciate the overall extra strength from having strong "wheels."
