I started lifting weights to improve at football and wrestling in high school.
Why I Love It:
I love to see results and the feeling I get once I finish a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I took a picture of myself in pretty bad shape. When I don't feel like going to the gym, I look at the picture and it works everytime. I also listen to music on my MP3 player while lifting
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I try for 45 seconds to 1 minute max to get some extra cardio in the process

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I try to stay between 8-12 for mass and conditioning. I do pump sets for biceps on back day and triceps on chest day of 4x25 light weight to stimulate growth

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Stallone in either Rocky III or Rambo. He's about my height and ideal weight. He was in excellent condition
