How I Started:
I started hitting the gym when I met my then BF now Hubster *Lol...I remember being around 140 lbs when we first met. With a lot of dedication and persistence I melted down to around 125 lbs. I worked out 5-6 days a week. Combining weights with cardio.
Why I Love It:
I know I need to be fit to feel good about myself.

Goal (Long):
I had my eldest child at a very young age. I never had a chance to enjoy my body. I was never able put on a bikini on at the beach without wearing a t-shirt or sarong over it. Now after having my second child I'm left with an extra 67.8lbs of body fat, Cellulite and Stretch Marks. I just let myself gooo... I want to be healthier, toned and not have to worry about what clothes I can't wear because I'm trying to hide my kangaroo pouch!!! My goal is as follows:
1. Lose 44 lbs
2. Lose Kangaroo Pouch and tone out my tummy
3. Be PROUD of my entire Physique
4. Have more ENERGY for my Darling Daughters & my Hubby who are my Heart, Soul & Life!!!
5. Reach my goal weight of 100 lbs in 7 months at a rate of 10 lbs a month
6. Reaching my goal by December 25, 2009!!!
Okay...Kitty Katz!!! So today I purchased a memo pad and started recording my progress on weights. Please feel free to leave any tips, feedback etc. It will be GREATLY Appreciated, since everything I'm doing is trial and error *lol!!!

Two weeks isn't bad, you can't really see it in my photo, but my intercostal muscle is displaced... snowboarding accident. I was out for two months while my rib healed. lol - it wasn't even worth it.
A Supplement I use before my workouts is Nitrotech.. Gives me extra push in the gym... I do cardio about 5 days a week and lift 5 to 6 days a week.. I do lift pretty heavy and thats probably been why I have been able to burn my fat so well... What is your diet like? I had to cut starchs out to rid of my belly pooch...lol... I do edat whatever though on my weekends and the 1st 3 days following Im always a bit bloated.. I eat clean in my week and that helps SOOOO much! Hope this helps sweetie!
Haha yeah I gain 3 to 5lbs on my cheat weekends and I usually lose it by Wednesdays.. So thats why I fluctuate.. Im not trying to lose any weight till I get closer to my show In November..Just trying to maintain is all.. How are you coming along??
