Hey Blair. Happy New Year! Its good to hear from you bro. Glad to hear your doing good. I'm doing pretty good too. STill pushin! lol. I recently lowered my daily calorie intake to develop more vascularity and definition. Its going good. I'm starting to see some good results. lol. My New Years was nice. I didn't do much just stayed home and got some good rest. lol. How was your New Years bro?

Hey KT :) Thanks for the wishes. I'm feeling better. I didn't do much for New Years just stayed home. I was gonna go out but didn't feel like being harassed by a bunch of drunk people. lol. I'm glad to hear that your on a new plan. It seems like you got it under control. Thats awesome KT! :) How was your New Years?? Did you do anything exciting? :)
