I used to weigh 450 lbs. I got tired of the fat jokes, so I decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is my no.1 stress reliever. Its a challenge. I love pushing myself to new limits and taking my body to the next level. Its an addiction!
How I Stay Motivated:
God and good friends.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 450 lbs to 265 in 2 years. No pills, no surgery. Just Hard Work and Dedication. My accompishments comes from helping others. I like proving that nothing is impossible.

Hey Kai TGIF! I got lucky this time, don't have to work saturday, YAY! So far my training has been going well. The personal trainer I have now is the same person who helped me get to the shape I am now. He just tends to help me do different workouts so I won't get bored. Are u working out this weekend?
