How I Started:
I used to weigh 450 lbs. I got tired of the fat jokes, so I decided to do something about it. I wasn't blessed with the prettiest shape, but I work damn hard to make the most of what I have.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is my no.1 stress reliever. Its a challenge. I love pushing myself to new limits and taking my body to the next level. I'm addicted. If I don't work out. I'm in a bad mood.
How I Stay Motivated:
God and good friends.

Trust me I know what you mean by changing up d routine. I actually did that this week. I started jogging in the evenings now and my legs are sore but that's ok. I had to do it. I hate jogging but also hate my hamstrings so it was one or the other. I may go to Rosarito w/ family for the 4th. Hopefully no drama.
Hey Kai. I'm doing good. My weekend was nice. Took my daughter for a bike ride at the beach. It was such a nice day plus we got a workout. How was your weekend? Any plans for the 4th?
It's going good. I just added new music to mine. The heavy stuff seems to keep me focused right now, guess it's the heart pumping, lol. Truly focusing on which muscle is being worked has really helped me with soime gains. I read about it and have been applying it and it's been all true so far. Takes lots of concentration and focus but it works.
What up Big Kai, checked out your pics and your doing well with the slim down/maintain muscle mass program. How's the rest of your training coming along?

trust me, i FALL or lose my balance quite a bit! but i just laugh at myself...it's all good! so happy i can walk again agh...training tomorrow...hopefully my leg doesn't act up then...

hehe..fitness model..I'm not quite there yet but working on it :) I do taekwondo, and I have the world championship coming up in october so the operation is out of the question for now :)
hi :) I hurt the ball of my foot during a competition and have to have an operation...but I dont have time for the healing process...so it pretty much sucks at the moment! But I still love to train!! :):):)
Thanks bro, just had to take a few days off to let tendons rest and heal. great blog, it's kind of ironic because swithing to the heavier training style was the reason why i need the rest. It's all good tho, funny too is that those days I wasn't lifting I was starting too fill out and gained weight (good weight). so i'm gonna stick with the heavy traing, just cut down all the sets and reps i was doing. thanks again bro!
