sounds good, i just started with that clean diet thing too....but i generally eat cheat all the time haha, im not trying to loose weight, but gain! We can trade man!

hey bro, good results. Keep it up. I wouldnt rely on those capsules though, stick with a healthy diet and lots of cardio.

I try to do push-ups everyday too. But now i started going to the gym....i cant stop, its addicting! Hey good luck with your workouts, and keep it up. My jiu-jitsu trainer has never used weights in his life....he is seriously ripped!
